Meg Buckley has been a potter since the early 60’s and in 1981 established her present studio on Salt Spring Island with a large gas fired car kiln and showroom.

All of her pottery, both stoneware and porcelain, is functional, affordable and suitable for everyday use.

The sculptures utilize a variety of reclaimed components that have been chopped, shaped, polished, and welded to provide a sophisticated, highly detailed and intricate art form literally created from scrap metal.
